2. What is the weather like in Nepal?
Nepal is a country with diverse climate, from tropical to alpine. Nepal basically observes four different seasons –
Spring (March – May): The temperature is mildly warm in low lands while moderate in higher altitudes with plenty of opportunities to have tryst with the mountain views. It is also the time for flowers to blossom and the national flower of Nepal – rhododendron sweeps the ascending altitudes with its magnanimous color and beauty.
Summer (June – August): This is also the monsoon season in Nepal. The weather is hot and wet at times. It rains almost every day with occasional thunderstorms in the evening. The rain spreads the pleasantness around with lush green vegetation.
Autumn (September – November): This is the best tourist season in Nepal with the summer gone by and the winter to set in. The weather is highly pleasant so are the mountain views. This is the peak season for trekking as mountain views are guaranteed so better book your flight in advance. This is also the season of festivities as Nepal celebrates the biggest Hindu festivals Dashain followed by Tihar.
Winter (December – February): The weather is cool and the sky is clear with occasional snowfalls at higher elevations. This season is good for trekking in lower elevations. The morning and night is cold and the days are warm when sunny.

5. What kind of accommodation do you use?
We use from three star to five star hotels in cities for the custom packages. But for the fixed departure group tours, we use three star hotels in cities. For the trekking part, we use simple but clean accommodations known as tea house.
Accommodations in the trekking areas will provide you with blankets but it is a good idea to take your sleeping bag along with you, especially during cold season (Oct-Dec). You can either buy a sleeping bag here in Kathmandu or hire one for the trekking duration.
All the accommodations are on twin sharing basis unless requested for other options.
6. Is it possible to reserve a trip now and pay deposit later or do I have to pay deposit at booking/reservation?
Yes, it’s possible to book a trip now but to have a confirmed trip status you need to pay a 30% of the cost as deposit. You can pay the rest when you arrive in Kathmandu.
7. Is it possible to get a single room? If so, how much extra does this cost?
It is possible to get a single room with an extra cost when you are in cities. (For the extra cost, please write to us.)
But if you are trekking, you need to share room in the trekking region.

All our trips are guaranteed to run no matter how many people are on the group. In the case of some unforeseen situation beyond our control, it can be otherwise. But in the normal situation, all our trips are guaranteed to run.

The remainder cost can be paid once you arrive in Kathmandu. You can pay either in cash (Nepali Rupees or convertible currency) or by card. However, if you choose to pay by card, there is a surcharge of 4% on top of the remainder.
