Nepal Tour and Trek with Yoga - Itinerary

B = Breakfast, L = Lunch, D = Dinner.

Day 01: Your arrival at Tribhuwan International Airport ( TIA), Kathmandu, Nepal and transfer to hotel. Overnight at hotel. 
This evening at 5 PM briefting of the itinerary –  (Evening Meditation Class) [Thamel Eco Resort or similar]

Day 02:  ( Morning Yoga class) , after breakfast drive from Kathmandu to Pokhara 5 to 6 by hours Private  van / bus. Overnight at hotel in Pokhara.  B

Day 03:  After breakfast Pokhara to Nayapul 1.5 hour drive and trek to Tikhedhunga / Ulleri Overnight at simple Guest House ( called tea house on trek) - 1527 mtr B, L, D.
On trek client Practice their own Yoga and Meditation.

Day 04: Trek to Ghorepani – 5 to 6 hours  of walking through village and Jungle . Overnight stay at Guest House. 2775 mtr B, L, D

Day 05: Hiking to Poonhill in the early  in the morning to see the sunrise and mountain view, in a clear day we have a panoramic view of 10 diffirent peaks.  Trek  back to Ghorepani - after breakfast trek to Tadapani – 5 to 6 hours through jungle a nice walk.  Overnight  stay at Guest House. - 2700 mtr B, L, D

Day 06: Trek down to  Chomorong, stay in Chomorong  – a beautiful Gurung Village  or walk down to Jhinu ( for a natural hotspring bath). - 2060 mtr B, L, D

Day 07: Trek to Syaulibazzar and then to Nayapul and drive back to Pokhara by van or bus. Overnight at hotel. B, L

Day 08: One full day in Pokhara for Optional Sightseeing – 1 hour boating of Fewa Lake and Davids Fall) or have option of doing paraglading, laundry, message or hiking to world peace stupa etc. B

 Day 09: After breakfast drive  back to Kathmandu - 6 hours or  ( Have option to fly  ( 25 minute) at USD 97 per person extra), evening farewell  Nepali dinner with cultural show. [Thamel Eco Resort or similar ] . B, D

Day 10: ( Morning Yoga class) - Farewell departure to airport - end of the services or you can extend the trip. B

The 10 days trip cost will be USD 1597

1. All accommodation in 3 star hotels in cities- twin sharing rooms
2. All Ground transportationby bus / Van
3. Full board meal during the trekking
4. Govt. trained guide and necessary no. of porters with their insurance, salary and meals
5. One night cultural show and dinner
6. All ACAP entry fees and TIMS permit card
7. Sleeping bag and Down jacket for trek
8. Yoga / Meditation Class as per itinerary

Cost Excludes

1. International Flight
2. Major meals in Cities ( Kathmandu, Pokhara)
3. All personal expenses such clothing and gears
4. Airport tax, Nepal Visa Fee
5. Extra shower, battery re-charge, laundry charge, bar bills, beverage, snacks etc.
6. Tips to guide and porter
7. Cost raised by cancelation, landslide, weather, political unrest, illness which are not under our control.
