Overview

As Buddha was born in Nepal, Buddhism is a very popular religion in Nepal, north India, Tibet, and Bhutan. Hinduism and Buddhism exist together in Nepal maintaining good harmony. Religion is not just a set of beliefs and accompanying rituals handed down from generation to generation rather it is a complex intermingling of traditions, festivals, faiths, and doctrines that have permeated every stratum of Nepalese Society in such a way as to become the very heartbeat of the nation.

Our Buddhist pilgrimage tours let you eyewitness the religious tolerance and harmony found among religions in Nepal which is a very unique example to the world.

We have just returned from a private tour of Nepal organized by Earthbound Expeditions. We chose Earthbound based on the many great reviews from tripadvisor and were not disappointed. From the start Earthbound were very efficient - responding to emails on the same day and sending quotes in a timely manner. Most of the accommodation organized by Earthbound was fantastic. Drivers and guides were punctual and knowledgable. I would have no hesitation recommending Earthbound to anyone traveling to Nepal.

a good trip
I compared quotes from a few agencies and decided to go with Earthbound. Rajan is very responsive. The local guides are also very helpful and good-spirited. I had a good time no question. The price is competative and the arrangement thoughtful. Rajan, keep it up and good luck.
